Temptation – the tour

So, The Waifs are back… hitting our sodden shores with gigs in every state bar Tassie in Feb/March 2011.

Their album Temptation is due for release in early March. The make up of the album is a mystery to fans but will obviously contain Josh’s stirring gospel tome Temptation. Vikki’s One More Year is due to make it onto an album and apparently Donna’s Falling will be the lead single.

The Waifs have been reworking some oldies but goodies into recent tours and Vikki and Ben whipped out a new version of 3 Down during their recent support spot for Emmylou Harris at Sydney’s State Theatre, so that could get a run.

with the tour kicking off on Feb 22 in Josh’s home town of Moruya, it could be a wild night.

Looks like I’ve got some reading to catch-up on when I get the chance…and bring on The Waifs 2011 tour!
